we recently got my brother a new computer because he kept on whining how he needs one for school. (even though he's only in elementary school, i'm allot older then him so i would also like to ask whether or not it is true that an elementary kid needs to us a computer for school assignments) but now after we got him one he would be online playing games day to night. so i would really like to control his time limit. can anyone tell me if it is possible to get a program (FREE) that'll have about the same fuction as remote desktop software or parental control software that allows me to control his computer from my Computer.
