Is there a key logger that installs itself silently from a flash drive, and emails back the log?

I need a key logger that installs without anything coming upon the screen, and is undetectable in add / remove programs and task manager which emails the log files. Doesnt have to be free, but preferably popular enough for it to have some seeders on torrent sites.
