I have this thing in PSY or PSP (or something like that!) Kaspersky Security is running but did'nt get rid of it. I also ran Anti-Malwarebytes, I have no desktop just a blank screen. I've checked various websites that say 'PSY file' is an important part of the system and not to delete it. Been trying for weeks and at times seem to be making things worse! Should I restore my p.c to it's factory settings? I'm using Vista, done system restore a million times (which will only restore to a month ago) and when I go to H_KEY USERS e.t.c the is a user called EVERYONE. Also in one of the sub-folders H_KEY USERS shows up - away from the main menu. Should I delete this? Getting alot of "system%20", Got no idea although I am trying to run AVG Rootkit Scan! Any help?
