Default Is it illegal to do that?

Is it illegal for my neighbors to focus their security camera on my property (theirs is not included in the shot) without my consent?

Can this be considered intimidation, harassment and/or invasion of privacy in the state of pennsylvania (or federally?) If so, where are these laws/regulations outlined?

If they can see into my home with the blinds open (or assuming there are no blinds) is that illegal? Or if they can see inside my house if the front door is open?

This stems from false insurance allegations made by them, against me which were proven untrue. Can this be considered harassment/intimidation?

You can search for some relative information to solve your problem.
As far as I'm concerned, it is illegal.

It's illegal. I think your neighbor's behavior invade your privacy.

I don't think it's legal to do that. But you can talk to your neighbor first.

From my viewpoint, it is illegal to do that. Because your neighbour has invaded your private right. You can tell your neighbour about this. If he/she insists on doing that you may take measures for this, for example you can report it to the police.

You've got to ask this question in a police department. Or you've got to speak with a local lawyer who knows the laws.

Consult your local laws. If it is legal, I won't believe in Love any longer.
