Looking for a dog collar web cam for smaller size dog?

I am looking for a dog web cam that attaches to the collar but the only ones I have come across are quite large and pictured on large dogs. I have a dog under 20 pounds. Anyone came across one of these collar cams but for smaller dogs?

I want one because my daughter is in the hospital and missing our dog and I want to do a video of the dog on one of our good walks around the neighborhood.
