Need help FINDING MY PHONE?

OK so today i was at school and we had an English lecture with a new teacher who made us all leave our bags outside. now im not positive but i think that a boy from school has taken it or it may have come out of my pocket at some point in the day.

now my question is , is there any free mobile tracking software available for my circumstance ??

Even if there is a kind of software which can track where your cellphone is, I think you should previously install it in your mobilephone before you lose it, thus, you can track your phone.
