Parents spying on me?

Hey guys, I'm 15 and have two very strict parents. Lately I've found my parents snooping around my room, and trying to log onto my computer.

They're convinced that I've been looking at bad stuff and have bad things downloaded, but honestly I haven't and I'm not worried about what they'll see if they go through my files.
However, I don't like them doing this and feel its an invasion of my privacy, I feel I can't do anything without my parents jumping in to see what I'm doing.
My dad said he's having a computer tech guy coming around this afternoon to see what I've been up to - and I'll be at a friends house tomorrow.

My computer has a password, I'm wondering if theres anyway he could view my history or downloads via IP, or what im most worried about if my parents have installed a software onto my computer that tracks what im doing.
