How do you delete a family keylogger?

my ex downloaded a bit torrent program on my computer when he was updating my computer for me. he has hacked my facebook, emails, and convos. never knew how he did it till i was uninstalling programs and sa that program on it. looking more into it, i realized how he was doing all that, even after changing passwords.

in the bit torrent program, he downloading a familykeylogger.rar. by uninstalling the program all together. with that get rid of the torrent? will it stop him from being able to see my convos and passwords?

PLZ HELP! i need to get rid of this NOW!

A complete scan is strongly suggested. There might be trojan horse or malware in the family keylogger downloading.

In my experience, you should press the old password to delete the keylogger, so ask your ex for the password. I don't understand why he did that.
