    Is there anyone who can tell me where I can find a cheap and fully functioal parental contorl software?

    I know a spy software named porn filter,it can block unwanted website,however it's not so expensive,I have applied it as parental control software.

    You can try this web blocker which can be used as parental control. It's not bad.
